Do you accept demos?
We're always looking to find new bands, although it is very rare that we will like your band if you send us a demo. Instead, invite us to a show after we get your demo so we can see you play and rest assured we will tell you exactly what we think about your music. How can I get a copy of your catalog?
If you'd like a hard copy of our catalog, just send us an email at info [at] greyflight.com and we'll get one out to you ASAP. Or, to make it easier on us and you, just print out the mailorder form in the shop area. This is exactly what we will send you so how about you use your own paper and ink. Thanks.
How can I get on your mailing list?
Our mailing list features news about our bands, upcoming releases, contests and other super important tidbits. To get on the Grey Flight mailing list, click on the mailing list link up top, or send an email to list [at] greyflight.com.
How do I order from Grey Flight Records?
We accept mail orders with check, cash, or money orders or online orders with all major credit cards through secure online ordering. To order from Grey Flight, all you have to do is visit our catalog section, pick out what you want, fill out the order form, and mail it in to us (or use the online ordering system). If you don't want to do that, you can just write down what you want and send it in. Please remember that if you're sending a check, make it out to Grey Flight Records. Coins are the best way to get your money stolen by the postal workers. Please remember to put in enough money for shipping. If you don't know how much to send, simply send us an email (info [at] greyflight.com) or put in $5 and that will be awesome.
What do I do if i haven't received my order?
Please remember that it could possibly take 3 weeks for you to get your order, so if it hasn't been 3 weeks, just keep waiting. If 3 weeks have passed, or your order was incorrect, then send us an email at info [at] greyflight.com and tell us the problem. We promise that we'll get things straightened out ASAP. Sometimes Patrick messes up but we still love him and have to remember that he is our special boy. Give him a break and give him a virtual hi-five next time you talk to him.
Why did Patrick from Grey Flight call me about my order?
Instead of you getting a credit slip for an out of stock product, Patrick sometimes calls customers. It's easier that way. He is nice and loves everyone that orders from us.
With the free CD and 10" deal you have going on, do I get a free CD and 10" with each CD or record I order or is it per order?
It is per order. We would run out of CDs far too fast if we did it any other way. Do you really want 5 P-Wallet CDs? If so let us know and we can figure something out.
